How to delete

  1. Sign in, on the web or in the app, with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm. You are signed out, and we email a confirmation.

Never signed in? Your work lives in an account in this browser. Delete it the same way in Settings, or it is deleted on its own after 30 days without activity.

Can’t sign in? Write to support@onmynails.com from the email address of the account.

What deletion removes

  • your account, its sign-in methods and sessions;
  • your hand photos, uploads and generations;
  • your looks and their public copies;
  • the styles, concepts and art you made;
  • your saves, collections, blocks and badges.

What stays

A published style or concept that other people’s concepts or generations use stays, so their work keeps working. Its author is shown as anon, its reference becomes anon@slug, nobody can edit it, and it leaves lists and search.

Reports you filed are kept without your name. Records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records, are kept for that period only.

If you have Plus

  • A Plus subscription billed by Stripe is cancelled at once when you delete your account. Nothing more is charged.
  • A Plus subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play keeps renewing until you cancel it in that store. Cancel it there first.

When

Your account and public pages go at once. Everything else is removed from our storage within 7 days. More in the privacy policy.
